Their pages are filled with high-quality photos about foods and locations. They publish content 3-4 times per week, which is the minimum required to enhance engagement.

- We recommend sharing more photos and videos about location and foods on every social media platform and it is highly recommended to create a TikTok account as well.
- The restaurant had won multiple food and restaurant awards, which we noticed as we approached the door. However, upon visiting their website, we were unable to find any information about these awards.
- The Order Now function is not available at the moment, we recommend building this function directly onto the website instead of relying on third-party vendor services for implementation. This ensures greater control and flexibility while maintaining the original purpose. This function has the potential to enhance profitability significantly.
- Introducing a loyalty card has the potential to enhance guest loyalty and encourage return visits.
The Washerwoman has done a great job. They are posting every week and across all platforms, plus they gave a clear and mobile-friendly website. However, their digital presence could be improved by creating more content and upgrading their website. By these solutions they will reach a wider audience, increase customer satisfaction and have more convenience options for customers.
